A vanpool is 7-15 people commuting from similar origins to similar destinations each workday. The van is provided through CICS. Passengers pay a monthly fare which secures their seat in the van.

Monthly fares do not include sales tax, gasoline and applicable parking expenses. Excess mileage charge is based on a rate of $.25 cents per mile. This pricing includes the following items:

- Unscheduled Vehicle Repairs and Tires
- 24/7 Customer Service Support (local staff assistance for vanpool emergencies)
