VS Program Launch
CICS is pleased to announce a new vanpool subsidy program!
What is the passenger vanpool subsidy VS Program?VS Program reduces your monthly vanpool fare each month by paying a portion of your monthly vanpool fare. A CICS subsidy (money) is paid directly to VPSI each month through February 18, 2010. This reduces the amount of money you pay to the primary vanpool driver each month. Note that the subsidy does not include the gas for the vanpool expense.Who qualifies?Monthly vanpool passengers that are registered with CICS as vanpoolers, ride at least 3X a week and are in good financial standing with VPSI. Vanpool passengers currently receiving $75 or more in employer subsidies (including federal employees) do not qualify for the VS Program. How much subsidy do I qualify for?The subsidy is determined by the monthly vanpool mileage according to the VPSI Primary Driver Contract. CICS will pay $25.00 per month for vanpools rated at 1,500 miles or less, and $35.00 per month for vanpools rated 1,750 miles or more.
